What is your labor rate?

Our labor rate is $125 an hour. Compare our labor rate to that of your closest BMW dealer.


My Service light is on. How long will it take to fix it?

The service light can be on for a multitude of reasons from any assortment of low fluids, worn brake linings, or component malfunctions. Depending on what the light is on for it could be fixed in a day or take over 1 week. For us to see what the light is on for we would need you to bring the car in for us to diagnose it.


Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, we are a specialty shop with limited space and we may have many other cars in queue. We might not be able to diagnose or start working on your car right away. It is best to call ahead before paying us a visit.

What’s your warranty?

Our warranty covers the repair performed or the parts replaced for 1 year or 12,000 miles.


Why do you charge a diagnostic fee to scan my car?

We charge a diagnostic fee because using a generic scanner to scan for engine codes is not diagnosing. A dealer level scan tool with a subscription, cost thousands of dollars and once we know the computer faults we have our team perform tests to confirm the issues. This requires resources, time, and knowledge.

Diagnostic fee is waived if the diagnosed repair is authorized.


Will you work on my Lexus, Acura, Cadillac, etc.?

Unfortunately, high tech modern luxury cars require special tools and knowledge. Our shop is specialized for working on European Luxury automobiles.
